Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced bananas, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add water and stir well. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until the water is absorbed. Let it cool for about 3 minutes.

Once slightly cooled, spoon the Greek yogurt, strawberry jam, and peanut butter over the oatmeal, and stir gently to combine.
