820 g white chocolate chips, divided
120 g Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Step 1
In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt 780 g of white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Step 2
Stir in ground cinnamon until well combined.
Step 3
In a 12-well silicone snack bar pan, place 3-6 pieces of cereal in each well. Spoon the melted chocolate over the cereal, then immediately place 3-6 more cereal pieces on top. Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips evenly over the wells. Work quickly as the white chocolate hardens fast.
Step 4
Allow the bars to set before removing them from the pan.
