400 g rigatoni pasta
60 g butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
60 g sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
60 g Gouda cheese, cubed
25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
60 ml blue cheese dressing
120 ml milk
paprika, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the rigatoni pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and return the pasta to the pot.
Step 2
In the pot with the pasta, combine the butter, garlic, Cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir over low heat, making sure the cheese doesn't get stringy. Gradually mix in the blue cheese dressing and milk. Continue to cook and stir until the pasta is well coated. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
