4 skin-on salmon fillets (115g each)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
225g bacon, cut in half

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Step 2
Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side-down. Season the fillets with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Completely cover the fillets with bacon strips without overlapping them.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is no longer translucent in the center. Then, switch the oven to broil and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the bacon crisps up.
