Ingredients

100 g instant oats
30 g chia seeds
30 g slivered almonds
20 g brown sugar
10 g powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
5 g ground cinnamon
2 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
500 ml water
1 (34 g) package peanut butter (such as Justin's®)

Directions

Step 1
Combine the instant oats, chia seeds, slivered almonds, brown sugar, powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt in a zip-top sandwich bag before your outdoor trip.
Step 2
When you're ready to cook, bring the water to a boil in a pot. Add the oatmeal mixture to the pot and give it a quick stir. Remove from the heat and cover until the water is fully absorbed, which takes about 5 minutes. Then, stir in the peanut butter.
