8 small lobster tails
115 g salted butter, melted
7.5 g garlic powder
1 g dried parsley
1 pinch seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
0.5 lemon, juiced
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Using kitchen shears, split the lobster tails down the middle.
Step 3
Open up the lobster meat and place it on top of the shell, then arrange the tails in an oven-safe baking dish.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, and mix well.
Step 5
Season the lobster tails with seafood seasoning, then pour the butter mixture over each tail until completely coated. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque, which should take about 12 to 15 minutes. The internal temperature should read 60 to 63°C (140 to 145°F) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
