4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
115 g sliced black olives, drained
425 g cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
750 g roasted garlic flavored spaghetti sauce
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and coat a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish, sprinkle olives over the top, and then layer the beans over the chicken. Pour the spaghetti sauce over everything.
Step 3
Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice and a tossed salad.
