240 g all-purpose flour
30 g cayenne pepper
5 g salt
5 g ground black pepper
2 eggs
240 ml vegetable oil
450 g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
60 ml hot sauce
15 g chopped garlic
5 g butter
Step 1
Start by whisking together the flour, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 2
Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs, then coat them completely with the flour mixture. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3
Fry the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, working in batches, until they are no longer pink in the center, about 3 minutes per side. Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 4
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the hot sauce, garlic, and butter. Heat in the microwave until the butter is melted and the sauce is warm, about 1 minute.
Step 5
Serve the hot sauce mixture as a dipping sauce or pour it over the crispy chicken bites.
