Ingredients

450 g rhubarb, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
200 g white sugar
1 package (85 g) strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
1 package (520 g) yellow cake mix
240 ml water
60 g melted margarine

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
Step 2
Evenly spread the sliced rhubarb in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over the rhubarb, followed by the gelatin mix, and then the cake mix. Pour the water and melted margarine over the top without stirring.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the rhubarb is tender, about 45 minutes.
