250 g white sugar
125 ml water
60 ml lemon juice
750 g cubed seeded watermelon
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook and stir until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cooled, about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir the pureed watermelon into the sugar mixture. Transfer the watermelon mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze until it reaches the desired consistency according to the manufacturer's instructions.
