2 large ripe bananas
60 ml coconut oil, melted and cooled

Step 1
Prepare your ingredients and preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a rimmed baking sheet with 10 ml of coconut oil.

In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.

Place the ripe bananas in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until soft, for about 30 seconds. Mash the bananas until creamy, then add the melted coconut oil and eggs. Mix until well combined. Stir in the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.

Using a spoon, drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 12 biscuit-shaped mounds.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, for about 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
