Ingredients

225 grams spaghetti
1 tablespoon salt
225 grams frozen shelled edamame
120 ml sesame or peanut flavored bottled Asian sauce (e.g. P.F. Chang's® Sesame Sauce or House of Tsang® Bangkok Peanut Sauce)
1 (13 ounce) Asian salad kit (e.g. Taylor Farms® Asian Chopped Salad Kit)
1 cup chopped cucumber

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add spaghetti and salt, cooking until al dente, about 12 minutes. 2 minutes before the pasta is done, add the edamame and stir.
Step 2
Drain the pasta and edamame, then return them to the pot set over low heat. Stir in the sauce and cook until just warmed through, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Divide the noodle mixture among 4 shallow bowls. Top evenly with the contents of the salad kit and chopped cucumber. Serve immediately.
