Ingredients

cooking spray
900g ground beef
1 (35g) packet onion soup mix
200g shredded Cheddar cheese
120ml mayonnaise
24 dinner rolls, split
120ml sliced pickles

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, greasing it with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion soup mix over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Step 3
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
Step 4
Place the roll bottoms on the prepared baking sheet and spread the beef mixture evenly onto each bottom. Cover with the roll tops and then cover the sandwiches with another sheet of aluminum foil.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the burgers are heated through and the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Serve the sliders with sliced pickles and enjoy!
