2 (7g) packages dry yeast
120 ml water
180 ml milk
100 g white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
113 g butter
480 g all-purpose flour
3 eggs
113 g butter
200 g white sugar
2.5 g ground cinnamon
Step 1
Begin by greasing a 23x33 cm pan and setting it aside. In a small mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it stand until creamy, approximately 10 minutes. In a saucepan, heat the milk, 100g sugar, salt, and 113g butter until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts. Let it cool to lukewarm before adding the dissolved yeast. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and yeast mixture, stirring until smooth and well blended. Pour the mixture into the greased pan, spreading the dough evenly. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together 113g butter, 200g sugar, and 2.5g cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the risen dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and syrupy.
