1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
15 ml olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
60 g herbed goat cheese, crumbled
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Arrange the trimmed asparagus spears in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the crumbled herbed goat cheese over the asparagus.
Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted and the asparagus is tender yet still has a satisfying bite.
