Sesame-Seared Tuna Rice Bowl with Everything Bagel Seasoning
Indulge in the flavors of a sushi bowl with this sesame-seared tuna rice bowl, coated in everything bagel seasoning and served with a delectable sauce, cooked rice, crisp cucumber, and creamy avocado slices.
250g cooked white rice
60g chopped English cucumber
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 (170g) tuna steak
15ml everything bagel seasoning
15ml sesame oil
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together red onions, jalapeno pepper, soy sauce, cilantro, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Step 2
Evenly coat tuna steak with everything bagel seasoning. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot. Sear tuna steak for about 30 seconds on each side. Slice tuna.
Step 3
Place cooked rice in a bowl and top it with seared tuna, sliced avocado, and chopped cucumber. Drizzle over the sauce and serve.
