cooking spray
450g fresh strawberries, diced
10g sugar
225g cream cheese, softened
1 box (432g) white cake mix
225g butter, melted
595g strawberry pie filling
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and spray a 23x33cm dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
Sprinkle diced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the sugared strawberries until well combined.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together the white cake mix and melted butter until it forms a crumbly mixture.
Step 5
Spread the strawberry pie filling in the greased baking dish, then spoon the strawberry-cream cheese mixture on top. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the pie filling.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
