Ingredients

2 cans (418g each) salmon, drained and flaked
175g Italian-seasoned panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
60g minced fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
2 green onions, finely chopped
45ml Worcestershire sauce
45ml grated Parmesan cheese
30ml Dijon mustard
30ml creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
10g seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
7g garlic powder
7g ground black pepper
15ml olive oil, divided

Directions

Step 1
Begin by combining the flaked salmon, panko, parsley, eggs, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, creamy salad dressing, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into 8 equally-sized patties.
Step 3
Heat a portion of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the salmon patties in batches until golden brown and crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Add more oil as needed for each batch.

Transfer the cooked patties to a serving plate and enjoy!
