200g rolled oats
340g semisweet chocolate chips
100g shredded coconut
100g chopped almonds
200g white sugar
120ml milk
115g butter
1 pinch salt
5ml vanilla extract
Step 1
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
Step 3
In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture and stir until well-combined.
Step 4
Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Chill the clusters in the refrigerator until set, for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
