255 ml pineapple juice
475 g assorted frozen fruit (of your choice)
1 frozen banana, chopped
240 ml vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Cabot 2%)
Step 1
In the jar of a blender, combine the pineapple juice, frozen fruit, frozen banana, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice until you achieve your desired consistency.
Step 2
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
