Ingredients

240g all-purpose flour
400g white sugar
10g baking soda
3g kosher salt
2 large eggs
1 (565g) can crushed pineapple with juice
5g vanilla extract
1 (225g) package cream cheese
115g unsalted butter, softened
180g confectioners' sugar
5g vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Prepare by preheating the oven to 175°C (350°F) and greasing a 23x33cm baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine flour, white sugar, baking soda, and salt. Create a well in the center.

Add eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and vanilla; mix until thoroughly combined.
