Ingredients

3 large eggs
330 grams macaroni
140 grams frozen English peas
2 (170g) cans tuna, drained
45 ml mayonnaise
2.5 ml salt
0.625 ml ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1
Start by boiling the eggs in a saucepan, covering them with water. Once boiling, remove from heat and let stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Cool under cold running water, then peel.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 3
Rinse the frozen peas with hot water in a colander and drain well.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, peas, diced eggs, and flaked tuna.
Step 5
Gradually stir in the mayonnaise until the mixture is moist but not soggy. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
