30 ml maple syrup, divided
15 ml olive oil
2.5 ml kosher salt
2.5 ml ground black pepper
450 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
80 ml mayonnaise
15 ml stone ground mustard
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together 15 ml maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 4 minutes, then shake the basket and continue cooking until the sprouts are deep golden brown and tender, for an additional 4 to 6 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, remaining 15 ml maple syrup, and mustard to make the drizzle.
Step 5
Toss the air-fried sprouts in some of the drizzle mixture, or serve the drizzle as a dipping sauce.
