1 (283g) can refrigerated biscuit dough
4 thick slices bacon
60g all-purpose flour
240ml milk, or as needed
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Place the biscuits in an ungreased baking pan.
Step 2
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown, approximately 10 to 13 minutes or as directed on the package instructions.
Step 3
While the biscuits are baking, cook the bacon in a deep skillet over medium heat until it becomes crisp, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, while reserving the bacon grease in the skillet. Whisk the flour into the bacon grease until it becomes smooth.
Step 5
Gradually add the milk while continuing to stir over medium heat until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency.
Step 6
Crumble the bacon into the gravy and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Split the biscuits in half and generously top them with the bacon gravy.
