30g butter
125g packed brown sugar
45ml milk, or more as needed
120g confectioners' sugar
2.5ml vanilla extract

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and 45ml of milk. Bring to a vigorous boil for 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and stir in 60g of confectioners' sugar.
Step 4
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then beat in the vanilla and the remaining 60g of confectioners' sugar. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
