1 (85 g) package beef-flavored ramen noodles
240 ml thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms
120 ml frozen shelled edamame
15 ml reduced-sodium soy sauce
10 ml Sriracha sauce, or more to taste
115 g beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
15 ml chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Step 1
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and seasoning packet, then cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the mushrooms, edamame, soy sauce, and Sriracha, and cook for an additional minute.
Step 2
Add the sirloin and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 54°C for medium-rare, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the noodle mixture into bowls and garnish with cilantro and additional Sriracha to taste.
