Ingredients

60 ml vegetable oil
240 g chopped celery
240 g chopped onion
240 g chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
900 g ground beef
240 ml ketchup
240 ml chili sauce
120 ml water
30 g chopped fresh parsley
15 ml white vinegar
10 g brown sugar
10 ml Worcestershire sauce
5 g salt
5 g pepper
5 g dry mustard powder
5 g chili powder
2.5 g paprika

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the celery, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef. Stir until the beef is crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes.
