1 can (400g) refried beans
1 can (400g) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (280g) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
Salt to taste
50g shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the refried beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and salt. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the microwave and stir until the pinto beans are slightly mashed. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and serve immediately.
