Ingredients

1.2 liters water
60g sliced fresh ginger
200g packed brown sugar
15ml honey

Directions

Step 1
In a saucepan, bring the water and sliced ginger to a vigorous boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the ginger to infuse the water with its aromatic essence.
Step 2
Add the brown sugar and honey to the ginger-infused water, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Strain out the ginger pieces and pour the elixir into mugs to serve.
