Ingredients

1 (390g) refrigerated pizza crust (such as Pillsbury)
75g unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
10g dried Italian seasoning
10g garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
355ml jarred pizza sauce
150g pepperoni slices
450g pre-shredded farmer-style mozzarella cheese
30g freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (375°F). Place a baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven. Coat a shallow 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough and lay it across the prepared muffin tin, making sure to stretch the dough to cover the entire surface. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares for each muffin tin. Discard any excess dough.
Step 3
Press and roll the dough squares into each tin, ensuring that the dough comes halfway up the sides of each cup.
Step 4
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper until well combined. Brush the butter mixture onto each dough cup.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each cup. Layer two slices of pepperoni, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese over the top, and add another 2 slices of pepperoni. Top with another 2 tablespoons of cheese, making sure to press the cheese within each muffin cup. Add Parmesan to the butter mixture, and drizzle the butter mix over each puff.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Set the oven to broil, and broil until golden brown, about 1 minute. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
