450 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Spray a 25-centimeter fluted tube pan with baking spray.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Using an electric mixer, beat together the sugar, vegetable oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the strawberries and orange zest. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15-30 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool to room temperature for an additional 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice to create the glaze. Spoon the glaze over the cooled cake.
