350g shredded Cheddar cheese blend
2 (297g) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
475g sour cream
115g melted butter
70g onion, chopped
900g shredded hash brown potatoes
70g coarsely crushed corn flakes
30g melted butter
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Grease a 23x33cm baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 115g melted butter, and chopped onions. Gently fold in the hash browns and spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Evenly cover with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with 30g melted butter.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
