355 ml half-and-half
355 ml milk
80 ml white sugar
15 ml vanilla extract
7.5 ml peppermint extract
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the half-and-half and milk. Warm the mixture until steaming, for approximately 10 minutes; be sure not to let it boil.
Step 2
Stir in the sugar and continue heating until the sugar has completely dissolved, about 2 minutes more. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
