240 grams sugar
240 milliliters water
480 grams chopped mango
240 milliliters water
240 milliliters lemon juice
480 grams ice

Directions

Step 1
Start by making the simple syrup: In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar and water. Bring it to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
