Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray
340g flour
30g powdered peanut butter, such as PB2® (optional)
20g baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
300g peanut butter
300ml whole milk
150g brown sugar
75g chopped peanuts, optional

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 23x13cm (9x5-inch) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine flour, powdered peanut butter, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer, blend peanut butter, milk, and brown sugar until fully combined. Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed just until the flour disappears; then stir in the peanuts. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth it out with a spatula.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on the wire rack.
