Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
450g ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
450g container of sour cream
225g shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Step 1
Let's get started by preheating the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Unroll the crescent dough and lay it flat on the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake according to the package directions until golden brown.
Step 3
While the crust is baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the ground beef until it is browned and crumbly. Stir in the taco seasoning mix.
Step 4
Once the crust is ready, spoon the beef filling onto the prebaked crust. Next, add a layer of sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with the crushed tortilla chips.
Step 5
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted, for about 10 minutes.
