1 (2.3 kg) whole chicken, giblets removed

Prepare the ingredients. Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees C (360 degrees F) following the manufacturer's instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning, paprika, and salt to create a flavorful blend.

Use paper towels to pat the chicken dry. Brush the spice mixture over the entire chicken, ensuring even coverage, including the underside of the wings.

Carefully place the chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down. Cook undisturbed for 45 minutes. Afterward, carefully flip the chicken over using tongs and continue cooking until an instant-read thermometer registers 74 degrees C (165 degrees F), for about 20 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
