500g flaked coconut
160g all-purpose flour
2.5ml salt
1 (397g) can sweetened condensed milk
10ml vanilla extract

Get all your ingredients ready.

Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
