900 g swai fish
60 g butter, melted
1.25 ml garlic powder, or to taste
1.25 ml garlic pepper seasoning, or to taste
salt to taste
1 lemon, thinly sliced
15 g capers

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
Place the swai fish in a baking dish and drizzle the melted butter over the fish. Season with garlic powder, garlic pepper seasoning, and salt. Top the fish with lemon slices and capers.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, for 15 to 20 minutes.
