Ingredients

900 g swai fish
60 g butter, melted
1.25 ml garlic powder, or to taste
1.25 ml garlic pepper seasoning, or to taste
salt to taste
1 lemon, thinly sliced
15 g capers

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F).
