Ingredients

1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
3 tbsp Korean chili flakes or crushed red pepper
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
240 ml neutral vegetable oil
60 ml soy sauce
30 ml oyster sauce
45 ml rice vinegar

Directions

Step 1
In a heat-safe bowl, combine scallions, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Ensure there's enough room to add more ingredients.
Step 2
Heat the neutral oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until hot. Carefully pour the hot oil over the green onion mixture. Stir the mixture once the bubbling stops and allow it to cool slightly.
Step 3
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
