2 russet potatoes, sliced into 12 wedges each with skin on
15 ml extra-virgin olive oil
10 ml seasoned salt
15 ml finely chopped fresh rosemary

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (380°F).

Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip the wedges and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
