6 apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
180 g finely chopped walnuts
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp white sugar
17 g honey
80 ml sweet red wine
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples and walnuts. In a separate bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and white sugar, then sprinkle the mixture over the apple and walnut mixture. Stir in the honey and sweet wine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
