15 ml olive oil
280 g spinach (rinsed, stemmed, and dried)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
225 g marinated artichoke hearts
100 g crumbled feta cheese
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread a thick layer of spinach on the sheet. Arrange the onions and artichokes over the spinach, then drizzle the marinade from the jar over the entire salad. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 3
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted but not crispy.
