125 ml Burgundy wine
60 ml barbeque sauce, plus extra for basting
60 ml cider vinegar
60 ml hot pepper sauce
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
30 ml prepared yellow mustard
1.8 kg country-style pork ribs
15 ml onion powder
15 ml garlic powder
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the Burgundy wine, BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix well.

Place the country-style pork ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
Step 3
Combine the onion powder and garlic powder in a separate bowl. Dust the ribs with the powder mixture, then let them marinate for 2 hours, turning once.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 5
Grill the ribs, covered, over indirect heat on the preheated grill for 45 minutes, turning once.
Step 6
Baste the ribs with barbeque sauce and continue grilling until the meat is tender, about 15 minutes, turning and basting frequently.
