Ingredients

500g fresh strawberries
500g seedless watermelon
1 package (750g) fresh raspberries
2 bottles (750ml each) rosé wine
180ml white vermouth
60ml honey
1 sprig fresh basil leaves
3 cans (355ml each) chilled cucumber-flavored sparkling water

Directions

Step 1
Halve the strawberries and cut the watermelon into chunks, or use a melon baller.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, watermelon, and raspberries. In a large pitcher, pour the rosé, vermouth, and honey, and stir until the honey dissolves. Add half of the fruit and the basil to the pitcher. Refrigerate the pitcher and the remaining fruit for at least 6 hours.
Step 3
To serve, spoon a generous amount of chilled fruit into the bottom of glasses, then pour the sangria over the fruit. Add sparkling cucumber water to taste.
