Ingredients

80 ml milk
60 ml Greek yogurt
60 ml rolled oats
2 tsp honey
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
60 ml fresh blueberries

Directions

Step 1
Gather all the ingredients.

In a 250 ml jar with a lid, combine milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Cover and shake until well combined.

Fold in the blueberries.
