4 potatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons butter
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
Step 2
Cut 4 large squares of aluminum foil. Place some potato and onion slices in the center of each square. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with butter. Fold and seal the foil to make packets.
Step 3
Grill the foil packets over indirect heat for about 30 minutes, turning once. Serve hot off the grill.
