60g Butter, divided
30g Chopped Garlic
450g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
15ml Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
Step 1
In a cast iron skillet, heat 45g of butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Toss the shrimp with seafood seasoning and place them in the skillet. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add the remaining 15g of butter and remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
