1 can (415g) salmon, undrained
120g crushed saltine crackers
120ml milk
1 large egg, beaten
30g melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, crushed crackers, milk, beaten egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Press the salmon mixture into a lightly greased 23x13cm (9x5-inch) loaf pan.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until done.
