1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and halved
60g fresh mozzarella pearls
60g cherry tomatoes, halved
6 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
15ml balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Place the avocado halves on a serving plate.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Spoon the Caprese mixture into each avocado half and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
